Permitted use
You must own the files you submit or have permission to process them. You must use the service lawfully and respect privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property and court or regulatory restrictions.
Prohibited use
- Uploading malware or content intended to compromise the service
- Attempting to bypass limits, isolation or access controls
- Processing content unlawfully or without authority
- Using automated traffic that materially disrupts other users
Your files
You retain ownership of your files. You grant only the limited permission needed to process, temporarily store and return them. You are responsible for checking the output before relying on it.
Service availability
The service is provided as available. Formats are complex, conversions can fail, and outputs may not preserve every feature. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular legal, archival, accessibility or evidentiary purpose. Preserve the source and verify every output.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The laws of Victoria, Australia govern these terms, subject to mandatory law that applies to you.
