Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Document content is processed to perform the job you request.

Effective 23 August 2026. This policy applies to BuiltForAnything, operated by Awais in Victoria, Australia.

Information we process

When you use a tool, we process the files you submit, selected settings, job identifiers and technical information needed to deliver the result. If you contact us, we process the details in your message.

Technical logs may record timestamps, request outcomes, abuse signals and limited device or network information. Application logs are designed not to record document contents, passwords or capability tokens.

Why we process it

  • Provide the conversion or document operation you request
  • Protect the service from abuse and technical attacks
  • Diagnose failures and improve reliability
  • Respond to enquiries and meet legal obligations

Storage and deletion

Standard conversion files are scheduled to expire one hour after job creation. Secure sharing, PDF chat, signature requests and pipeline definitions use the expiry selected and displayed in their workspace. You can delete or revoke supported items earlier.

Deletion failures are retried automatically, and a storage lifecycle rule provides a final backstop for temporary conversion objects.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell document content or personal information. Cloudflare provides delivery, security, temporary storage and processing infrastructure. Data may be processed in countries where that provider operates, subject to its contractual safeguards. A support-email provider processes messages you choose to send.

Your choices

You can stop a job, delete or revoke supported items, or avoid submitting a file. For access, correction, privacy questions or a complaint, contact hello@builtforanything.com. We will investigate and explain the outcome.
